Class of 1985
National Guard, 1 Years
Joined the Mississippi Army National Guard in March of 1988. Attended Basic Training at Fort McLennan, AL, was inj8ured severely, took forever to get through Basic Training. Went on to Fort Lee VA for AIT and my injuries only worsened.. Was Discharged with an Honorable Discharge in February 1989 with a physical disability. It was very detrimental to me that it did not work out. I learned a great deal while there and have no regrets.
