| About Me | I lived in South Florida for about 17 years and then moved in 1995 to Pardeeville, WI for my husband's work, to be near his family, and to raise our children. We lived on a 3 acre hobby farm with 7 sheep and 1 horse. Once our children went off to college, we sold our livestock, and just maintained the house, our land, and many, many gardens. I completed my BS degree in nursing in 1976 and I finished my master's degree in nursing in 1992. I worked many nursing specialties throughout my career including intensive care, home care, patient education, and nursing education. I culminated my career as Director of Education for a hospital in Portage, WI. I retired in 2919, right before the Covid outbreak. My husband and I moved to live on Fox Lake in 2023 & that is where we reside today with our dog (Jacque) Cousteau. Since retiring I have completed a doctorate in Metaphysics and I have become certified in Advanced Pranic (energy/chakra) Healing. My favorite pastimes include Pranic Healing for others, meditation, acrylic painting, traveling, Chi Gong, gardening, and volunteering in our community. Our two daughters are Shauna (36) and Brittany (32), both of whom graduated from Florida State University. Brittany also graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a master's degree in accounting. Shauna is working in Public Relations and Communication for the University of Wisconsin Student Union and Brittany is a CPA working for Lesaffre Corporation.
