Born June 1, 1945 at Salem Hospital, Salem, NJ and departed this earthly life at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE September 5, 2010 at 65 years of age. Leonard recieved his education in Pennsville, NJ and graduated in 1963 with honors a acolades as "Most Valuuable Player" in football from fellow teamates. His classmates voted him as "Best All-Around", and "Friendliest" as noted in the 1963 Sentinel Yearbook.
