| About Me | In the words of Lance Armstrong, I "got on the bike and pedaled." Not always in the right direction, but tried to grow and learn through it all. As the ADHD Poster Sheep (!), I've taken a lot of detours, but still my heart's desire is to be a blessing to others and to GOD, be a light in darkness. After my kids entered school, I took a position as the national trade show & marketing manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and was honored to win a national marketing award, then on to Principal Residential Mortgage, purchased by Citigroup, who laid us all off! Anyway, I left with a Gold Addy Award (it's like the Oscars for marketing/ad industry). It doesn't pay the bills, but it makes a great door stop! The layoff facilitated my move back home to San Diego, where, within two years, the mortgage industry completely melted down and I made the decision to walk away permanently. I'm now in college full-time to obtain a degree in Media Arts Technologies/Graphic Design and doing free-lance design work.
