Favorite School Memory	When we won the Mid-Iowa Band Championship (aka Ankeny) in marching band my senior year. We had lost to Orange City the last couple years, but we were playing my favorite show of my four years at Pella (Phantom of the Opera...plus I had a sweet solo that I still remember how to play). It was also the last competition of Mr. Blair's last year as our director, and we had an amazing performance. We beat both Orange City and Oskaloosa by .2 points, capturing the victory....(read more)
