Friday Night: 7:00pm- ?. Cookout at Mikel & Martha Lemons home. Food, soft drinks and tea will be provided (but BYOB if desired). Please RSVP so we know how many to cook for. >>Address --10747 E Goldenrod, Gardendale, TX 79758. Contact Mikel- 432-556-1012 or Martha- 432-238-1764 if you have any problems/questions. >>Directions--From The Midland Hilton go west on Wall Street to Andrews Hwy. (there is a traffic light, in one corner is Alderson Mercedes on the other corner is Lori's Cafe). Turn right and go all the way to Hwy 158. Exit there and continue on Hwy 158 until you get to a 4-way stop at FM 1788. (There is a Texaco). Turn left onto FM 1788 and then the very first right hand turn is County Rd 30 West, go 1.8 miles. Saturday Morning: 10:30am Brunch at Jimmy & Helen (Carrell) Halman’s home. Please RSVP so we know how many to cook for. Afterwards, some may choose to meander back to the hotel, hang by the pool (swimsuits not required--uh, I mean, SHORTS are ok if you're like me and won't be seen dead in a swimsuit...). Others may want to go to shops, to museums, or just rest in their rooms. >>Address -- 1210 East County Rd 124, Midland, TX 79706. Contact Jimmy- 432-631-0601 or Helen- 432-557-2250 if you have any problems/questions. >>Directions-- From the Hilton on Wall Street and Main, take Main St South and go to Florida St. Turn left and go to Old Lamesa Rd and turn right. Continue on to CR 124. It is the first left turn past County Rd 120. There is a long driveway and a sign by the drive. Helen will mark turns with balloons so all will see. Saturday Evening: 7:00pm – 11:00pm. $45/person. The Hilton Midland Plaza is catering our BBQ Buffet dinner in the Hilton Ballroom (we plan on posting signs in the lobby of the hotel for specific ballroom.) Tea, Water & Coffee will be provided with dinner and an open cash bar will be available throughout the evening. We will also be having raffle drawings throughout the evening (tickets are $10/each). Lots of cool prizes and the proceeds will be used to offset any unexpected costs as well as saved for future class reunions. We will have a DJ and a dance floor for those of you who can still kick up your heels. Sunday Morning: Most folks will be heading out Sunday morning but for those who'd like to eat first, we are tentatively planning on meeting in the hotel dining room around 8:30a.
