Cecil was an awesome basketball player at PHS. He went on to attend Huston Tillotson College in Austin, Texas. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Political Science. He married Linda Simmons and had 2 children, Quincy & Marzai. He passed away in 2012 with a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. He was an avid sports fan had a great love of family.
