About Me	Wow a lot has changed since graduation! Matt Anderson and I have lived together since July 2023 - 20 years wow time flies! (Nope, we are not married! BFFs forever, even though I yelled at him in 6th grade for not signing my petition LOL). Recently, I have found 6 siblings through AncestryDNA and 23 & Me, they are all amazing and I am so happy that we found one another. Two of them were born overseas, 1 in Taiwan and 1 in China. They are now American citizens. I am enjoying beginning to connect with family and expand a growing circle. After graduation, I explored a variety of interests ranging from amateur modeling, cake decorating and art, before I discovered that my true passion in life is pets! I opened my own company called Bark & Bay Pet Care to provide several pet related services for our community. Matt and I have a cocker spaniel named Nala who just turned 11, 3 rescued cats (Kolby, Sugar & Gypsy) and a giant chinchilla rabbit named Honey. I am currently the Co-Leader of Girl Scouts Troop #110871 and actively involved in numerous community service organizations and projects. Such as, the Lions Club of Hastings, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Central Square, Girl Scouts, The Wall of Distinction, The Central Square Annual Apple Festival and More! I run our Nextdoor Neighborhood site for the CSSD area as well to help promote and network our local businesses and community events. I struggled with some medical challenges after being diagnosed with Lupus and then cancer, but I am happy to say that I have made it through that journey and am currently in remission! I was never able to have any biological children of my own but I have been raising my niece, Kenzie, for the past year and enjoy being able to share experiences and make memories together. I have many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and enjoy being the best Aunt I can be for them. As well as several non-related kiddos who I enjoy mentoring. For those who remember me, yep, I'm still that nerdy, weird girl who dyes her hair crazy colors, is a bit silly/immature, is extremely eclectic, a tie-dye wearing hippie and still very shy! Through life's ups and downs I have tried hard to work on living a life I can be proud of and to stay humble. I am always open to meeting up at a local cafe, walking our doggos together, going on a hike, heading to the beach, riding ATVS together, sitting around a bonfire or up for pretty much any adventure if you are looking to catch up and chat!
