| About Me | After highschool, I graduated from a large nursing program in Miami, got my Bachelor's in Nursing at Florida State University, completed my Master's in Nursing at Emory University, received my Doctorate in Education from University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and a Post Doctoral Certificate from the U-Mass/Amherst Family Nurse Practitioner Program. After over 30 years in Massachusetts, Joe, and I are now living in Dade City and visiting family in New England during the summer and Fall. I have recently retired from teaching nursing at the undergraduate and graduate levels at colleges and universities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. It has been wonderful reconnecting with my highschool (1960) classmates that I grew up with and had so much in common with... I do love our charming hometown of Dade City. I can't believe we now have a tour trolley bus that comes right down by our house on Church St, that Pasco Packing Plant is now a big Business Center, and that Dade City is full of antique stores and great restarunts!
