Charles Thomas "tommy" Brewer attended Pascagoula High School in Pascagoula, MS.

Tommy was in a car accident with John East in August of 1991. He lived with Mom and Dad and then they had to put him in a nursing home. He was never in a coma . He wasn't able to walk or talk but, he knew everything that was going on around him. He died November 1996.
