About	Kenneth Clarence Hoover, 62, of Sealy, Texas passed away September 22, 2018 after an ongoing struggle with health issues. He was born in Morristown, New Jersey to Grace Quinlisk and Clarence Hoover, on March 20th, 1957. Kenneth graduated from Parsippany Hills High School and served four years in the US Air Force. He was an owner-operator for nearly thirty years prior to his last five career years as a fleet mechanic specialist for Southwest Trucking. The last three years he has been retired enjoying his five grandchildren, light travel and riding his Harley Davison. Kenneth’s wife passed away seven years prior and he leaves behind two daughters, Devin Hoover and Amy Chen (Zhi Chen), six young grandchildren, and his brother, sisters, and step-siblings.
