| About Me | I attended nursing school and have obtained advanced degrees. I have worked locally at Stonewall Jackson Hospital in various capacities as a nurse. I also spent time as a Traveling Nurse and as a result worked in South Dakota and Florida. taught nursing for 23 years through the Rockbridge Co School practical nursing program which is housed at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital. I am now in my second year on the faculty at Dabney Lancaster Community College as the Program Head for the Practical Nursing Program. I have a 21 year old son who is in his final year of college.
