About Me	I was born in El Paso TX in 1946. Moved to Okinowa when I was five for four years. Moved back to El Paso for a year then to Germany for another four years. Moved back to El Paso and went to Parkland HS. Joined the USAF after graduation and became a weapons and electronics specialist. First assignment was Perrin AFB Sherman TX. In 1967 I was stationed at Clark AFB Philippines. Was sent to Vietnam at the end of 1967. In 1968 at the start of the TET offensive I was hit by a piece of shrapnel in the head and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Was sent back to Clark to the hospital. After recovery I was sent home to McConnell AFB Wichita KS. Was then discharged medically from the USAF. I am now ...(read more)
