Parkersburg South High School Class Of 1968 50th Year Reunion

Hey, PSHS Class of 68-our 50th reunion is next weekend (Oct 5-6). On Friday, we meet in South’s cafeteria for a quiet get-together. Time is 5:00 to around 8:00. South has a game against Brooke that evening, so some may want to attend the game. Pizza, chips and drink will be provided. We hope to have Student Council guides to give tours of the school. If you park in the horseshoe or front, the door to the cafeteria is the one marked ‘Auditorium’ (right side of building-steps involved). If you park in the back there will be no steps. We will have signs and/or balloons to help. We could have around 100 guests.
Saturday night starts at 5:00 at the Grand Pointe Conference Center in Vienna ( in the same complex as Lowes). Dinner is at 6:00 and we end around Midnight. Classmates who were not able to join us for dinner may come and visit around 8:00 ($10 at door to help with the ballroom and festivities). We have reservations for 95 dinner guests.

Hey Class Mates!!! We are in Thomson, Ga. right now. We evacuated Murrells Inlet because of Hurricane Florence. After living there for 21 years this is only the 2nd time we have evacuated. Still looking fiorward to the 50th class reunion!!! Hope this hurricane does not screw up our plans. We know so far from a neighbor that stayed that the neighborhood is safe. The Governor from SC has not lifted the evacuation from Horry and Georgetown Counties as of yet because of flooding from the Pee Dee and Waccamaw Rivers. We have been here since Wed. Sept. 11. We have been calming our nerves by drinking plenty of BEER and VODKA And making OLD FASHIONS! Get ready to party!!! Can't wait to see everyone!!! Winnie Jamison Eaton
