Rick Billinger

Class of 1969

Rick didn't graduate from Park High, but attended until the school closed and unified with Grainfield and Gove schools at Wheatland High School in 1968 near Grainfield. Rick would have graduated from Park High in 1969. He is now one of our State Representatives.
