Events	Sidney Leigh Thirlwall (94) NOVEMBER 26, 1975 – NOVEMBER 2, 2021 Sidney Leigh (Sloderbeck) Thirlwall, 45 of Bellevue NE passed peacefully in her home November 2, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her father Roger Sloderbeck and stepfather Kelly Hancock. She is survived by her mother Michelle (Miller) Hancock, husband John Thirlwall, children Shane Sloderbeck, Carter, Gavin and Ellyette Thirlwall, brother Drew Sloderbeck (Stacy Redden), niece Madeline Sloderbeck and many other relatives and friends. Sidney was born November 26, 1975 in Omaha, NE. She grew up and spent most of her life in Papillion. She graduated from Papillion LaVista High School in 1994. Sidney was a Paraprofessional at Walnut Creek Elementary School and found so much joy helping the kids she taught. Sidney's children were her pride and joy, her purpose in life. She was an amazing mother, and nothing made her happier. Her face would light up whenever she talked about her kids. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Sidney was a great friend; someone you could always talk to. Sidney's smile lit up a room and her sense of humor was like none other. She is loved by many and will be missed deeply by all that she touched. Gone far too soon
