Events	Amanda Marie Stewart (98) February 22, 1980-December 15, 2017 Amanda Marie Stewart, age 37, of Papillion, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017. Amanda was born on February 22, 1980, daughter to Daniel and Sharon. Growing up Amanda had a love of ice skating, horseback riding, baton and cheerleading. She graduated from Papillion La Vista High School in 1998. Shortly thereafter she discovered her love of cake decorating. She enjoyed working with her hands and using her artistic abilities to create beautiful items for others. Amanda enjoyed decorating her home, especially during the holiday season. In 2001, Amanda found her greatest joy, motherhood; her son Dawson was joined shortly after with her son Camden in 2005. Amanda was a devoted and loving mother, whose world revolved around the well being of her children. Amanda is survived by her parents, Dan Stewart (Betty), and Sharon Shelly (Jack); sons, Dawson Bradley, and Camden Cox; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Stewart; brother, Danny Stewart (Marni); sisters, Becky Smart (Elliott) and Laura Stephenson; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by grandparents Julien "Red" and Ann Vermeulen, James Stewart; and maternal aunt, Linda Vermeulen. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday December 19, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home in Omaha. Memorial donations should be sent to Becky Smart to establish a fund for her children.
