Brian's memory will be kept alive by his surviving wife, Teri Rosario Downey; his daughters, Courtney (Nathan) Howe, Lauren (Joshua) Whetstone; his gransdons, Avery and Hunter Whetstone; and his sister, Karyn Stevens of Arizona; a nephew and 2 nieces.
