Christopher died peacefully at home from complications of a rare disease. Preceded by grandparents, Paul B. and Murl P. Worley, Allyn C. Litherland; aunt, Beverly Anne Worley; cousin Savannah Rose Kroessig. Left to honor his memory are, his mama, Lynn Litherland, Bellevue; brothers, Anthony, wife Halle, Arlington, TX, SPC Jonathan Litherland, Army National Guard; Timothy, wife Jordan, Omaha; EO3 Paul Litherland, Norfolk Naval Station (USS Truman); sister, SGT Kathryn Litherland, Fort Carson Army Post, Colorado Springs, CO; grandparent Regina Litherland, Satellite Beach, FL; a niece two nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; his wonderful caring doctor and friend Dr. Kurt Gold; father, Barry Litherland of TX. Chris graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School. Memorial Service Saturday 11am Colonial Chapel. In lieu of flowers family requests memorials to Family Choice. His spirits remained as the disease took abilities away from him. When asked one year by a teacher at Thanksgiving time, what he was thankful for, his reply was, "My life". HIs last words, before he lost his speech, were "I love you, Mom".
