Woman charged in girl's death ~ A charge of vehicular manslaughter has been filed by the county attorney against Mrs. xxxxxxxx, 27, of xxxx , in the traffic death April 14 of Cecelia Ulloa, 14. Police said the girl, of 7314 E. Eastview St., was fatally injured when she was struck by Mrs. xxxxx's automobile while walking at the intersection of S. Kolb Koad and E. Calle Betelgeux. |

(Jesse) Ulloa; sister of Jesse, Michael, Robert and Ricky Ulloa; granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clementine Facio and Mrs. and Mrs. Jesus L. Ulloa. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Teen Group at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in memory of Cecelia Ulloa. Scripture services will be conducted 8 p.m., Tuesday at Bring's Broadway Chapel. Mass will be offered" 10 a.m., Wednesday at Our Mothers of Sorrows Catholic Church. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday at Bring's Broadway Chapel, 6910 E. Broadway.
