Woman charged in girl's death ~ A charge of vehicular manslaughter has been filed by the county attorney against Mrs. xxxxxxxx, 27, of xxxx , in the traffic death April 14 of Cecelia Ulloa, 14. Police said the girl, of 7314 E. Eastview St., was fatally injured when she was struck by Mrs. xxxxx's automobile while walking at the intersection of S. Kolb Koad and E. Calle Betelgeux.
