About Me	After graduation, active duty in the Submarine Service, later back to school, first at Foothill, and then to Stanford. Loved Stanford in Austria and two years of graduate work at Christian Albrecht University in Kiel, Germany. Navy commission in 1977 and 4 1/2 years of active duty in submarines. Retired as captain from Navy Reserve in 2003. From the 1982 to 2008 worked in defense industry, most recently as manager of a sonar R&D facility. Now enjoying life and sma...(read more)
