| About Me | Joseph H. Caruth Jr. is the president of Goldrush77/Caruth Central Business Advisory and Education Service. In 2007 Mr. Caruth was awarded a research grant by the Department of Defense for contributions to the body of knowledge involving global Stability Security, Transition and Reconstruction efforts. Mr. Caruth has several years experience at all levels of business. He has been a CEO, President, Vice president for International Marketing, Chairman of the Board, Treasurer, Secretary and Member, in profit and nonprofit corporations. His career includes extensive travel in Europe and the Middle East, while on Active duty with the U. S. Air Force as well as civilian travel throughout Asia, including Taiwan. His military experience includes Training Management in a Special Operations Environment. He is also experienced with most aspects of the Small Business Administration both at the Washington level and the Regional level. In 1992 he was a contributor to the First Annual Scientists Helping America Conference. The conference invited top scientists, educators, and businessmen to Washington DC, where their ideas on how to combat terrorism were solicited, and has been recognized by the Florida/Korea Economic Cooperation Committee for efforts to promote a greater awareness and understanding between Korea and the Southeastern United States in the areas of international trade, culture, industry, technology, and commerce. He is a contributor to the State of Florida's project to strengthen economic, cultural, and friendship ties with Asia. Mr. Caruth was a Florida delegate to the SEUS/KOREA Association's XV Joint Meeting in Orlando Florida 2000, and delegate to the SEUS/JAPAN Association's XXIV Joint Meeting in Tokyo Japan 1999. Meetings included the top business executives from 7 Southeastern United States, Japan and Korea.
