| About Me | Lived in Minnesota, Oklahoma, Turkey (Anakara) and Colorado as a kid, graduating from HS in 1965. Spent a little over 4 years in the US Navy, which I left as a Tradevman Second Class (E5) in '69. Started with American Airlines in Chicago in 1970, met my wife Annie there in '72 and we both transferred to Tulsa in 1978. Our daughters, Kim and Kristen, were born here in 1980 and 1983, respectively. I retired from American in 2006, this after our segment of the company was spun off as Sabre and eventually sold to a company known as EDS. In 1982, I received my union card as an IATSE stagehand and have been working frequently in theater since that time. These days, I generally prefer to run lights or sound and leave the heavy dirty work to the younger crew. I now live in Bixby, Oklahoma, with my wife and our 2 doggies, Mia (a Bichon) and Dorrie (a Karin Terrier). During the spring, I am an active storm chaser and run with by chase partner, Steve Bluford, and my 2 Weather Service buds, Ed Cailanese and Brian 'bc' Curran.
