| About Me | Earthmotheressentials@yahoo.com is where I can be contacted. I'll change that soon. I forgot I had a face book acct. Forget twitter.....oy Married for 34 years , been rich and poor, raise three Amazing daughters, one who is Staff Sgt. in the Air Force, One I buried a little over six months ago , her baby beside her, she was 24 and died from ARDS. A month later to the day of their burial my youngest who is 20 brought into this world a most precious and beautiful baby girl named Emilee. Her name was spelled differently to honor Kasey using her middle name 'LEE'. My husband is cherokee/irish and osage, irish, commanche, white, chickasaw, irish, commanche, irish and recently we understand steve is a descendent of Quannah Parker and someone snuck in some apache somehwere.....but I'm on the trail....see a pattern here?. Our lives have revolved around moving with the oil field and the health care industry, practicing native american traditions and staying afloat like most folks in the U. S. . My children danced with the woman who finished 3rd in Survivor , Venuatu, my husbad did a ceremonial pipe in horsehair for the millenia that was used in ceremony via satellite globally to many indigenous people . No divorces and a total black belt in alanon. or alanazi as I'm known. I have given birth to four children, Creator has two of them and my first grand daughter Abby who was honored by the New Orleans Botanical Society by having a true and antique rose named after her. I have inherited some great young people that Kasey left us and am proud to be a supporter of the Mama Sweet Band, these boys aided in a 5 band, 9 hour music concert in tribute to my daughter called 'The Red headed Muse Benefit Concert'. It may become annual. Tho disabled I am proactive and will remain so until such time kasey comes for 'mommy mo' , her name for me which stuck, so now those closest to my in family call me MO. I'm ready. I raised fish, 6 tanks and bred bettas and boycotted walmart at the inhumane treatment of these fish......they got used to it =) I would like to see how life has taken is course with those I went to school with , mine surely wasn't what I had envisioned at this time of life, but then again, I do believe in the old joke 'how do you make God laugh?.........Tell him YOU'VE got plans! I'm still the kid inside I was at school (not the rep btw) and have had the opportunity in life to prove that wasn't so bad after all. Funny, all the time kids thought i was wild most of the time I was doing laundry for a family of Seven .....mine during my teen years. Its my hope we've taught our children to learn to know the person and not the stigma of where they live. Having lived in neighborhoods with doctors and lawyers and then with people who sought the 'word' of the person vs what they owned enabled me to teach my kids a little easier about social class distinction.....sometimes we laugh at the 'fun' in dysfunction and fail to see the 'stink' of pseudo distinction. I like owning my ...(read more) |
