J.D. passed away in Salt Lake City after a short illness. He is survived by his wife, Micky, of 47 years, two children, and 5 grandchildren. He was retired from the Kennecott Copper Co. The full obituary with photo is in the SLC Tribune, Jan. 12, 2014.
