About	My brother, Steven Slaughter, class of 1977. was murdered August 23, 2009 . For anyone who knew Steve, you know how much he loved life and for him to be taken from us so senselessly is a pain that will never go away. I just wanted his high school classmates to know that you really never know when it is your time and to tell your loved ones that you love them
