| Favorite School Memory | Going to basketball games across the street from where we lived (my dad was teacher Leon Williams so we lived in teacher cottage). Listening to Visi (Moki) sing and her teaching me how to play ukelele, talk story with Dickie and Raymond, watch Lovette (Ilima)stand up for all us girls (me too shy), and going down to Queen's Bath and beach to have fun. Swim at QB with Alethea Pai and Rosie Kealoha. Kristi and Dickie (aka Rev. Kamanu) used to make up skits and Alison, Sharman, Cindy and I would be the audience. Nancy Lewis was amazingly fast as one of the runners on track team. | About Me | Work work work, then climb mountains, ski down them, hike the PCT, raise daughter, watch soulmate husband die, and now have MS so no more work or ski..so learning to play again, going to funerals and reconnecting with old friends. |
