About	After graduating from Oxford in 1982, Bill joined the U.S. Navy and proudly served his nation for 21 years aboard submarines in Navy bases all over the U.S. Bill married Heather Cole in Virginia Beach, VA in 1989 and raised 6 wonderful children and 14 beautiful grandchildren. Bill settled in the Seattle, WA area after retiring from the Navy in 2003 and worked at the Bangor Navy Base in security, protecting our nation's service members. We miss and love you Bill !!
