About Me	Summer Russian immersion in USSR (1983) Summer Russian immersion in Vermont (1985) Worked at UC Berkeley Slavic Department (1984-88) Fall semester in Budapest, Hungarian immersion (1989) Graduates studies in three programs (followed my advisors around - I don't recommend doing this!)
