| Favorite School Memory | I enjoyed everything about high school except classes. That showed in my grades. Living on a farm, I got to drive and purchased my first car at 14. There were a lot of memories associated with that. |
| About Me | One year after high school graduation I married a classmate, Maye Griffin. We will celebrate our 50th anniversary next year in 2009. After graduating from Emporia State I taught high school at Kit Carson Colorado for seven years and attended summer school working on a masters degree at Colorado State College. After completing the masters I taught accounting at Southwest Minnesota State College for five years, served as department chair, and attended summer school working on a PHD back in Colorado. During this time I complleted the CPA examination and met the experience requirement to be certified. After completing the PHD I taught accounting at the University of Northern Colorado for thirty years and was departmentt chair.
