Class of 2006

kurt has served 2 tours in afghanistan and one in iraq.he was wounded in 2008 in afghanistan and recieved the silver star for his actions in the gunfight.he is a sargent with the 101st airborne division.he will be in afghanistan untill december of 2013.kurt has a wife and 2 young children, 4 and 1.his four year old boy has seen him leave to war twice in his life.kurt wants to make it a 20 year stay in the army.kurt loves his country and he says he is not a hero, just a soldier.
