Steve and I were both in band together and also I was part of the Free Mode Jazz Quartet with him. We had many good times together, too many to list here. Steve went on to become a noted vibraphonist, composer, arranger, artist, and producer of CD’s of his own compositions which were featured on many jazz radio stations. He later married Beth Conover, OHS-West, ‘72, and they had two sons together.
