About	Age 39, passed away unexpectedly (pulmonary embolism) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in Oshkosh, WI. He was born December 5, 1984, to Diane and Mark Luther in Oshkosh, WI. Matt's passion was sports, including playing, watching, umpiring or coaching. He played basketball, football, baseball, softball, golf, paintball and darts throughout his life. His sister Molly was his number one fan! Matt and his mom had a great time doing the Final 4 Pool Tournament, watching the games and seeing which one did better predicting the final four. He was a true Cub and Florida Gator fan and wore their colors proudly. He so enjoyed being around and working with children, especially special needs children. He could relate to all kinds of kids. Maybe because he was a "big kid at heart." Matt is survived by his mother and stepdad, Diane and Jim Keenan; sisters, Stacy (Keith) Frey and Molly (special friend, Jason) Luther; aunts and uncles, Debbie (Bryon) Huebner, Steve (Patti) Shew, Ann (Dan) Pistohl, Lynn (Reed) Miller, Jill (Mike) Duckett and Gail (William) Campbell; nieces, Madeline and Olivia Frey; many cousins including, Jennifer Keenan, Betsy (Lenny) Young, Stephanie (Travis) Goss, Evan (Christina)Pistohl, Connor (Andrea) Pistohl, and Alex Shew. Their children include Luke, Meagan, Brooke, Kyle, Kristie, Akeem and Isiah, Ethan, Abigail and Kyla, as well as many friends. Preceding him in death were his father, Mark Luther; and grandparents, Wayne (Bernice) Shew and Ray (Doris) Luther. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in his honor. Very special thanks to his co-workers and friends at Kobussen Busses LTD and Willie Beamons who made Matt feel like he was part of their family.
