About	Obituary from Oscoda Press Robert Thomas McGinnes Jr., age 49, of Harrisville died on Friday, December 28, 2012. He was born on October 10, 1963, in Wilmington, Del., to Robert and Mattie Jo McGinnes. Rob moved to Oscoda in 1973 and graduated from Oscoda High School in 1983 and has worked in construction ever since. he was a member of the Oscoda Eagles and played pool for the Hilltop Bar. Rob also played pool and horseshoes for the Mikado Legion and Eagles. He is survived by his mother, Mattie Jo; brother, Paul D. McGinnes; and sister, Tracy D. McGinnes Barton. Rob is also survived by nieces and nephews, Tane McGinnes Martin, Paul McGinnes Jr., Amanda Buckman, David Buckman Kresher, Brianna McGinnes, Kyle McGinnes, Alyssa Barton and Shayna Barton; grand nephews, Seth Kennedy and Hunter Martin. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert. A gathering will take place to celebrate Rob's life at 5730 E. Medor Road in Harrisville on Saturday, January 5, 2013, starting at noon.
