Bruce was the passenger in a work vehicle that struck a untility pole on Portsmouth Blvd. He was killed instantly. Bruce left behind a wife, Theresa Powers Miller, a son Dustin Miller, and a daughter, Cassie Miller. At the time of the accident, Dustin was 10 years old and Cassie was 8 years old. He is also survived by his parents, a sister, and a ton of friends. We miss him so much!
