About Me	I have served on a Virginia Disability Services Board, served as a representative on a Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, served on a Parking Authority, serving as Vice Chair, served as a member of a Public Transportation Committee, serving as Vice Chair, served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for my town. Elected to a term on my town council, elected two times as mayor of my town. Elected as a delegate to the 31st Virginia Legislative District Republican Convention in 1997. Elected to the Fauquier County Republican Committee from Lee District. Served as a member of the United States Government's Inter-agency Advisory Committee on Security Equipment's subcommittee for Law Enforcement/Patrol Guard Equipment (1984-1986). I have also been Honorably discharge from the U.S. Coast Guard where I served as a Special Agent in the Office of Intelligence, with a Top Secret clearance and Honorably discharged from the Virginia Army National Guard. Honorably discharged from the South Carolina State Guard. I have worked for the Virginia Department of Highways, been a Virginia county police officer and retired, been a deputy sheriff in Virginia and retired, been a local probation officer in Virginia, and I was a branch Head with the Department of the U.S. Navy, with a top secret clearance. My last full time job was as a senior paralegal with legal services in Virginia. I currently work as a substitute Rural mail carrier.
