About Me	LIved in many states....traveled to many places. Gave birth to 2 beautiful girls, Heather who will be 15 Dec 1st and Courtney will be 13 in June. I have 2 step children Evan 16, & Emily 11. We have sole custody of all 4 kids so very busy. I lived in Bullhead City, AZ for 10 yrs working in Laughlin NV for Mirage Corp at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino as a cocktail server....GREAT MONEY WHILE IT LASTED!:) Due to 8 disk herniations I had to quit! Moved to Oregon for a yr, worked at Oregon State Univ GO BEAVERS! till I moved back to my hometown of Muskegon MI to raise my girls! The #1 ? people always ask me is WHY??! Why did I move back HERE?! When you've been to so many places....you really learn to appreciate little things we all take for granted like OAK TREES! Grass, Lake MI....the 4 seasons! Out west as beautiful as it was...it wasn't HOME to me.:) After multiple back/neck surgeries with 2nd neck surgery to go....I have been disabled since Nov 2003. My 2nd back surgery took a yr to walk, didn't think I would but proved them wrong. In 2005 was told after multiple CAT Scans...that I had pancreatic cancer and 6 months left to live! While at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ after multiple tests etc found out I had 4 huge benign tumors and I WOULD LIVE! But that I would suffer from pancreatitis and would still need to be checked every 6months to makes sure masses didn't return. After so many back/neck surgeries, then this.....you relized just how fragile and valuable we are to be ALIVE! I treasure my family, my kids, my friends and look FORWARD to each and every moment! After all that happened, I want to LIVE each & every day to the fullest! In May I got my motorcycle endorsement and got a brand new Sportster (2008) in July! There is NOTHING like getting on your OWN motorcycle and just RIDE!:) Its an amazing feeling. 99.99% of all my time seems to revolve around my kids and all their activities. I've been volunteering as an asst. cheer coach for both my daughter's teams for past few years but looking forward to getting back into coaching as a head coach. That is my goal anyways.
