About Me	Married Caryl Best (OHS, '66), one week after graduating from college. In 2020, we celebrated 51 years of marriage. Received my selective service letter two weeks after our wedding. Spent 32 years with the US Army, attained the rank of Colonel. Caryl also spent 32 years in the Army and attained rank of Colonel. Picked up a law degree and Ph.D. along the way. Retired back to O'ville in 2000, where I founded the Mighty Richland Players Dinner and Dessert Theater and The Orangeville Alert. We moved to San Ramon de Alajuela, Costa Rica, in 2011, where we have built an expat/retiree residential campus of about 12 residential units and ...(read more)
