| About Me | Completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Successfully developed my leadership skills through challenging job (line and staff) assignments with (4) Fortune 500 Corporations. I am currently working on my PhD in Operations research at Webster University. Received numerous local and national professional achievement awards including : Black Engineer of the year, Women of Color in Technology-Technologist of the Year, NJIT Distinguished Alumni Award. Traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad (Asia, Middle, East, India, Australia, South Africa etc). I currently serve on the following Boards of Directors: New Jersey Institute of Technology, American Society of Training and Development, Focus-STL, Tuskegee University and Michigan State University.
