About Me	We retired to Scottsdale, AZ in November of 2013. I worked for 30 years in the office of the Franklin County (Columbus, Ohio) Public Defender, primarily representing indigent people charged with the commission of felony offenses. Toward the end of the career, I returned to school to earn enough additional credits to meet Ohio's license requirements to teach Math and English Language Arts for grades 5-9. My goal was to secure a full time position in one of Columbus City School district's urban middle schools. Ultimately, I was only able to teach Read 180 on a part-time basis, and opted to fully retire. I got re-married in 2010 to a music teacher, who also retired later that year. We moved to AZ where her sister has lived for over 40 years. I am active in my church, play tennis and hoops frequently, and sing in ProMusica AZ.
