About Me	Since I spoke spanish, I became a teacher in a private school up here in MI. I learned sign language and began interpreting for the deaf and deaf/blind in church and at different gatherings/community meetings. After marrying and having my own babes I worked part time at teaching sign language and spanish until they could go in to school with me. After a few years of that I decided to home-school. I am currently homeschooling through an academy and again, teaching spanish. 3 levels this time, Elementary, Jr. high and Jr. high 2nd year, which is a bit of a pain because of the 3 dif. lesson plans, but worth it. Went white water rafting once and LOVED IT, learned to camp very rustically - thanks to hubby - but now have a trailer. Loving that as it has air cond!!! Still can't bring myself to use the kitchen though. Cooking over a fire cannot be overrated. (unless it's raining) lol ;o) Discovered the classics a few years back. A tale of two cities, Jane Eyre, The prisoner of Zenda - all of a sudden, could not get enough of that type of reading. Have since taken a break from that, though, and am concentrating on teaching well, and raising children of integrity who love to play outside more that they love the television or video games.
