| About | Mrs. Sheila D. (Jones) Mros of Taunton entered into rest at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich, MA on September 6, 2017 after a period of waning health due to cancer. She was the beloved wife of Henry Mros, Jr. Sheila was born 63 years ago in Easton, MA to the late Stanley and Alice Jones. Sheila was educated in Easton, MA and worked for over 25 years at Motorola in Mansfield, MA before becoming a dog groomer at It’s A Dog’s Life in Sharon, MA. As a young teenager, Sheila raised her horse Misty from a yearling and enjoyed trail riding with her siblings and friends. Sheila’s other pleasures included sewing and many trips to Walt Disney World with her family. In addition to her husband, Sheila leaves behind her child Henry F. Mros III of Taunton, MA and his girlfriend Sara Brown. Henry III and Sara were the pride of Sheila’s life and she loved the care and support that they provided her with throughout her illness. Sheila was born the youngest of 10 children: Barbara Riley, Phyllis Mercier, Marjorie Kunkle, Thomas Jones, Jeralyn Higginson, Donna Wilbur, Robert Jones, Brenda Marvel, and the late Bradford Jones. Sheila loved, and was loved by, her many nieces and nephews as well as her two yellow labs Avery and Sirius. |
