About	James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, FL. He died of cancer as a result of exposure to Agent Orange while fighting in Vietnam. Joe always said "It's not if you win or lose, its did you have fun?" He would say that at this situation. He would also say, "Some people would say I lost the battle from cancer, but God gave me 44 years with the most amazing woman and the four best kids a guy could ask for. In my opinion, that is winning...plus I had fun. Life is good!"
