| About Me | What do I say about me? I was born in Tehran/Iran in 1966, during the revolution in 1978 I was able to leave the county and start a new life right here in Louisville, KY. I was only 11 years old and came into small town of Lagrange, KY and started in 7th grade at Oldham County schools. Without knowing anyone or knowing any English I was enrolled at the middle school. I am grateful to all my friends and people of Oldham county that accepted me and my sister in their community. Quickly I became very close to multiple families which helped me to learn English and to be part of their families. So my story goes for a long time, but to cut it short, I am still here in Oldham County, and I am proud citizen of United States. When people say this is a land of freedom and land of opportunity, trust me that is no lie. I am a living proof of that. I have a wonderful wife Nancy and most wonderful kids that anyone could ask for. Nancy has accepted me as who I am and my past, and with that we have grown to have a foundation of a strong marriage which continues to get stronger each day.
