I retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 years. I have been stationed both stateside and overseas.

Marine Corps, 3 Years
Went to boot camp at Parris Island, from there I went to Camp Pendleton CA, Camp Futenma MCAS Okinawa, MC Finance Ctr in KC MO
James Monda
James Monda Class of 1982
Navy, 20+ Years
After graduating High School in 1982, I enlisted in the Navy and remained on active duty until I retired in 2003. During my time in the Navy, I traveled around the world while making five, six months deployments, and was onboard the USS Ranger (CV-61) which led the first at sea air attacks in Kuwait during Desert Storm.

Navy, 8 Years
Currently stationed in San Diego onboard USS Makin Island deployed back in 2003 on USS Nimitz, did a 3 year tour in Hawaii.

Army, 8 Years
Served 8 years in Army Reserves. Two tours in Iraq and still supporting the mission as a civilian.
