If you are part of Facebook you should also see a personal invitation in your notifications if you are tagged by me, Rich Milner, or if shared by another classmate. The Reunion will be in the Night Club of Double Play Sports Bar which is through the front door on Seneca Street, then the double glass doors after the foyer and then into the Restaurant you will take a left through the wooden door (After Hours sign above the door). You may also enter the Nightclub from Sycamore Street, which is the painted glass door that is located about 1/3 of the block from the Seneca Street crossing. Please dress appropriately for the assumed outside weather in mid-to-later July as well as the air conditioning inside the bar. And, many of you will most likely have some walking to consider since the downtown city parking will be extremely limited as the Oil Heritage Festival Parade and other events will be occurring at the same time-frame on the same day. If we are notified in advance of any special parking permission everyone will be informed well in advance to avoid the walking as much as possible. The parking situation will be a big inconvenience but unfortunately we have no control over private lots. If you're a guest of the Days Inn (former Holiday Inn) you will have access to their parking lot at no charge. The cost for the Reunion event is $25.00 for a single ticket or $50.00 for a two-person ticket and will cover the price of the meal, light beverages such as fountain soda, water, tea and coffee & gratuity for the services. Each individual is responsible for their own liquor, wine, beer or bottled beverage tab (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic glasses or bottles). I will have my media/audio player synced with the Nightclub sound system and will play a general composed song list from the 80's during cocktail hour and dinner and thereafter. The room will be saved for our event until shortly before 9:00PM and then the Nightclub will be open to the public for the remainder of the night until 2:00AM. The weekend DJ is then in charge of the music and sound system and will have to abide by all establishment rules & regulations and any special requests for music will be directed to the DJ on staff.
