About Me	Served 4 years in the Navy, Guided Missile Destroyer, and Submarine duty. Worked as a Plant Operator while taking classes until the year 2000 when I finally graduated from college. Now I make gasoline from Crude Oil on the Houston Ship Channel. I operate distillation towers and vacuum towers, which seperate crude into gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel. I run and maintain a variety of turbines, heaters, heat exchangers, and pumps. I am a qualified Chemical Process Technician, and am training as a Remote Console Control Operator in the plants multimillion dollar Central Control Room. Our facility is the 3rd largest Gasoline Refinery in the United States, and began as Sinclair Refining. I am also a platoon leader and Sergeant in the Texas State Guard specializing in Military Police small arms, and rapid threat response. I am a member of the Firefighting Company at my plant, and have numerous certifications from Texas A&M Fire School, including Hazardous Materials Response Team, Rescue Team, and Medical EMT. I have a 16 year old son, and an 18 year old daughter who is going to college to become a registered nurse. My wife owns and operates her own company from our home, and she is an independent transportation broker/agent for rapid industrial material delivery (hot-shots and tool trailers)in the greater Houston metro area.
