About Me	Activities have included college (on occasion), community organizing, neighborhood groups, political activism, campaign manager for city council race, and participant in the Charlottesville Neighborhood Leadership Institute. I have managed a 19 room historic inn, worked in nonprofit fundraising at Monticello and the New York Transit Museum, bartended, and held lots of other jobs including at a garden center, UVA law school, William McDonough + Partners architects, research assistant to cardiologist, etc... I love getting out of the country and have traveled to The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland. I am headed to Ecuador to study Spanish this January and to Denmark to study sustainable urban policy next summer. I lived in Charlottesville, VA for 9 years, spend the last year in Brooklyn, NY and just moved to Princeton, NJ where my boyfriend of 3+ years is getting a phd in computer science. I'm commuting on NJ Transit trains to finally finish my undergrad degree through CUNY this semester and am working part time as a research intern at the New Jersey Sustainable State Institute, part of Rutgers University's School o...(read more)
