Then, served as a U.S. Army Reserve officer from 1996 - 2003 in Rutland, VT and Ft. Dix, NJ. After leaving active duty, attended/graduated from both Vermont Law School (1999) and Villanova School of Law (2000). Married Kim Hopper (Dickinson College Class of 1993) on October 5, 2002.
