About	Jim Mullins, longtime English teacher and AWTA leader passed away last Saturday. Jim was a giant at Oakmont. He began the TV Production Program and academic intervention programs. He was an adviser of the Oakmonitor and OTV. He coached tennis. He was instrumental in many other activities and programs that gave our students a positive experience at our school. He was also a powerful advocate for our teachers, creating the strong professional culture we still benefit from at Oakmont. The wake for Jim Mullins will Monday, August 19, 4-8 pm at Brandon Funeral Home (305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg.) There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, August 20 at 11 am at St. Denis Cemetary (Kelton Rd., Ashburnham) A Celebration of Life will be planned at a future date.
